390, its subsidiaries and its affiliates are focused on your security. We handle and treat your personal information in line with the requirements of the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

If you connect to 390 using your Facebook or Gmail Credentials, you authorise us to collect your authentication information, such as your username, encrypted access credentials, and other information that may be available on or through your Facebook or Gmail account, including your name, email address, date of birth, gender and other information available on such a platform.

When you use 390, we automatically collect certain information, including:

  1. information about your interaction with 390, including your search results, services opted for on 390;
  2. technical data, which may include the URL you are coming from, your IP address, unique device ID, network and computer performance, browser type, language and operating system; and
